Lean Coffee is a structured but agenda-less meetup.

your time! We'll select topics as a group and chat about them. Bring your burning questions, hot topics, and desire to learn from others.
This is the structure we'll follow as a group:
Set Up
I'll set up a Kanban board with columns "
Options", "
Doing", "
Done".
Suggestions:
I'll give everyone sticky notes, and you'll write the topics you want to discuss on the notes, one on each sticky note. Then you'll put the sticky notes in the "
Options" column.
Vote:
We will read all of the notes out loud, group similar topics, then vote by everyone coming up and putting a dot on the topic they want to vote on. Each person gets
three votes.
Discuss:We'll discuss topics and send them through the kanban board until the end.
