Do you have a few ideas and not sure how your users will react to it? Have you tested out things in the past, and it's gone poorly? This session will cover the basics for those that are wanting to test out how their ideas might fair in the real world. From planning and prototyping to testing, I'll walk you through the lessons I've learned as a user researcher with concept testing and identify the common pitfalls for you to avoid. There will be time for attendees to ask questions specific to their ideas.
